Recently, Dr. Sun of GenDx was invited to participate in the "Project Management Full-Process Methodology and Practical Capability Enhancement Training Conference" organized by Maidao International. The training was delivered by senior project management lecturer Li Dapeng, who systematically presented seven core modules of the full project management process, helping participants consolidate their theoretical foundation of management and improve practical application capabilities.
During the training, Lecturer Li Dapeng gave in-depth lectures on the seven modules in a clear logical structure: starting with an overview of key concepts and core thinking in project management, he enabled participants to intuitively understand the practical logic of project management through the sandbox experience and interactive discussion titled "Building a Tower to the Sky: A Trial of Craftsmanship"; subsequently, focusing on each critical stage of the full project life cycle, he elaborated on the "Just Cause and Legitimate Purpose" of project initiation, "Strategic Planning Ensures Victory" of project planning and design, "Act in Accordance with the Plan to Achieve Results" of project execution and implementation, "Assess the Situation and Prevent Minor Issues from Escalating" of project monitoring and control, and "Start Well and End Well to Present Value" of project closing and conclusion, fully covering the core points and practical methods of each link in project management.
Dr. Sun studied attentively throughout the training, actively participated in interactive discussions, and deeply grasped the scientific methodology and practical skills of the full project management process. This training not only helped Dr. Sun further sort out the systematic thinking of project management but also enhanced his abilities in overall planning, risk control and efficient implementation in the promotion of actual projects.
