• Shipping Arrangements: Orders placed on or before February 11 will be shipped as normal; shipping services will be suspended from February 15 to 23, and resume on February 24, 2026.

• Special Requests: For any urgent needs after February 11, please contact our GenDx sales representatives directly.

Friendly Stock Reminder: We recommend that you plan your inventory in advance and place your orders as early as possible to prevent any delays to your usage needs due to logistics suspension during the holiday.
